Frequently Asked Questions
How often do we send out Market Alerts?
We send out about 8–10 alerts per our Pre-Harvest window and our Post-Harvest window — only when the market allows for the best pricing opportunities.
How often does the videos/newsletter get sent out?
These are sent out weekly, usually on Saturday.
What is in the Market Alert Text?
We send out the price and the percentage to sell — for example: December 4.50 corn, 10%. This lets you track progress toward 100% sold within each Pre-Harvest and Post-Harvest window.
How does the % bushels sold work?
We focus on selling up to 100% Pre-Harvest. Each alert is a percentage of your estimated yield or APH. These run from the start of the year through mid-to-late September, just before harvest.
We then shift to Post-Harvest sales from harvest through the following July, using percentages of your actual remaining bushels.
